An ERP for professionals who need to manage their business
Every job has its case file.
Everything’s in there.
The quote, emails, photos, delivery notes, invoice — the team works within the case file, nothing gets lost. A well-maintained case file means running your business with ease.
You focus on your work. The case file keeps everything — history, documents, correspondence — and answers your queries in plain English. Built-in AI is ready to use: a fixed-price package, no hidden extras.
DoliPlus starts at €249 ex VAT per month for up to five users — €659 for twenty, €1,449 for fifty, including support and updates, plus a one-time €300 setup fee. Pricing is per server, not per user: adding users within your existing capacity costs nothing extra. See pricing for 5 to 100 users →
Information travels. Nothing is lost — in orange, what the software does automatically.
One job, one case file — in your business
Watch the case file build itself.
A real job, from first contact to invoice. Choose your business: the mechanics are the same, it’s your daily routine that changes — that’s exactly the proof.
D−90 · 12 May
The customer asks for a price
A customer or supplier record already exists: the exchange is recorded in their file, with the contact and the requirement.
D−88 · 14 May
Quote sent
Created from the customer record. Its document library already exists — no one had to decide where to store it.
D−84 · 18 May
The purchase order arrives by email
The attachment is extracted from the email. Its place in the quote file already exists — you drop it there with a single gesture. No parallel drive, no manually renamed file.
J−80 · 22 May
Supplier order for the missing item
Placed from the case file. The quote → purchase link will outlast everything else.
J−64 · 7 June
Partial delivery
The remaining balance tracks itself. No one keeps a “remaining to deliver” list in a spreadsheet.
J−63 · 8 June
Invoice for the first delivery
Generated from the delivery note. The quantities are already correct.
J−33 · 8 July
A credit note
A damaged reference upon unpacking. The credit note remains attached to the original invoice, not tucked away in a corner of the accounts.
J−12 · 29 July
Follow-up
When chasing, the history is right there: the call on the 24th, the outstanding balance. The notification is sent automatically to the right recipient.
J−0 · 10 August
Final invoice paid
Sent, status tracked. Three months of back-and-forth are condensed into a single object.
Today
The client calls back
The answer doesn’t come from a dashboard: it comes from the case file itself. The AI reads what you’ve already written.
J−180 · 12 February
The client calls
A customer or supplier record already exists: the exchange is logged on their file, with the contact and the requirement.
J−177 · 15 February
Quote sent
Created from the customer record. Its document space already exists — no one had to decide where to store it.
J−170 · 22 February
The client replies by email, with a modified plan
The attachment is extracted from the email. Its place in the quote file already exists — you drop it there with a single gesture. No parallel drive, no manually renamed file.
J−156 · 8 March
Supplier order
Placed from the case file. The quote → purchase link survives the entire project.
J−96 · 7 May
On-site installation
Entered from the team’s mobile, linked to the case file with its photos.
J−96 · 7 May, 18:40
Report dictated in the car
Transcribed and filed on the case file before even returning to the office.
J−40 · 2 July
A credit note
Two items not installed. The credit note remains attached to the original invoice, not tucked away in accounting.
J−12 · 30 July
Follow-up
When chasing, the history is right there: the call on the 24th, what was said. The notification goes straight to the right recipient.
J−0 · 11 August
Invoice
Issued, sent, tracked. Six months of work are behind a single object.
Today
Six months later, the customer calls back
The answer doesn’t come from a dashboard: it comes from the case file itself. The AI reads what you’ve already written.
J−120 · 15 April
A request comes in
The customer record keeps the exchange, the contact, and the need. Nothing gets lost in a personal inbox.
J−118 · 17 April
Contract proposal sent
Created from the record. Its document space already exists.
J−110 · 25 April
Agreement by email, terms of reference attached
The terms of reference are extracted from the email. Its place on the proposal already exists — you drop it there in one move. It’ll be there in two years when needed.
J−95 · 10 May
Setup fee scheduled
The appointment lives on the case file, visible to the whole team — not in one person’s calendar.
J−60 · 14 June
A support ticket
The ticket shows the equipment, related objects, and the full exchange history. The customer record is one click away.
J−60 · 14 June, 4 PM
Call report
Logged on the record, categorised, and sent to the right people. No one had to forward an email.
J−30 · 14 July
Contract amendment
Linked to the original contract — not an orphaned document in a “miscellaneous” folder.
J−12 · 1 August
Invoice chase
When chasing, the context is there: the customer was waiting for the signed amendment. The notification goes straight to the right recipient.
J−0 · 13 August
Recurring invoice issued
Sent, tracked. Four months of relationship are behind a single object.
Today
The customer calls back
The answer doesn’t come from a dashboard: it comes from the case file itself. The AI reads what you’ve already written.
Internal communication
No more internal emails.
Every company’s pain point: information that doesn’t flow. Tensions, misunderstandings, forgotten customer commitments. Here, everything goes through the job record — not through yet another tool.
Whoever picks up the phone sees the full case file: what was said, promised, sent. No callbacks for repeat information, no starting from scratch.
Discussion stays tied to the record
Instant messaging is built into the ERP: quote visible in the thread, direct messages and channels, notifications right to your phone. No separate chat tool, no extra subscription.
Team calendars overlay
Everyone sees what they’re authorised to see; scheduled meetings are visible to those following the job — on desktop or mobile. Your Google and Outlook calendars stay two-way synced with the ERP calendar.
Commitments become tasks
What was promised to a client no longer relies on memory: the task is linked to the case file, delegated, and followed through to completion. Archived, never deleted — you always know who was responsible for what.
No more “CC’d for info”
Client emails are sent from the ERP and filed automatically. Anyone opening the record sees the status — and everyone accesses the same document in the same place, rather than three versions across three inboxes.
A proven workflow guide
Your organisation is already built into the tool.
All daily tools — quotes, emails, documents, purchases, scheduling, invoicing — are gathered in one place to handle each job, following a battle-tested sequence. You’re not adopting software: you’re inheriting an operational system.
No reinventing the wheel
Filing systems, workflows and approval chains exist out of the box. No need to negotiate internal conventions: your teams follow the screen.
Learn once, apply everywhere
Screens follow consistent patterns across workflows: whoever can create a quote can handle orders, delivery notes and invoices. Your teams get up to speed fast — with every action explained step-by-step in public documentation. Don’t take our word: see for yourself in 90 seconds.
Proven across industries
The same method powers vastly different businesses — proof it’ll adapt to yours. Every workflow can be verified below with demos and documentation.
Single source of truth
No separate tools per department, no rekeying between systems: the job contains everything, with each team finding their part of the work.
We show real workflows
Your activity is already covered — and documented.
Verify every business process independently before contacting us: a public online demo and detailed documentation for each step.
What changes on an ordinary Tuesday
You’ve probably been here before.
A customer calls about a quote from six months ago.
Today
Open the CRM, then billing, then search for the exchange in a personal inbox — the one belonging to the sales rep who left.
With DoliPlus
The job carries its history: quote, emails, documents, invoice. You pick up where things left off.
A new sales rep starts on Monday.
Today
Explain where the company stores files, set up drive access, hope they adopt the naming convention.
With DoliPlus
They open a job and see everything related to it. There’s no filing method to teach — it’s already built into the tool.
You’re stuck on a setting at 6pm on Friday.
Today
Open a ticket, wait until Monday, and discover the answer depends on an undocumented option.
With DoliPlus
Documentation is public and readable without an account. You search, you find, you decide.
DoliPlusMobi — the field team’s app
Field work happens offline. The job stays up to date.
Services, sites, deliveries, rentals, expenses: your team logs data on-site, even without signal — and everything syncs back to the job when reconnected. This isn’t an app to link to your ERP: it’s your ERP, in your pocket.
Diagram — the demo is online.
Truly offline
Your day continues in dead zones: records, forms, photos. Sync resumes automatically when back online.
Signed on site
Delivery notes, rental contracts, jobs: customers sign on screen — documents are already in the case file.
Self-reading receipts
Snap a receipt: AI pre-fills the expense claim, you approve. The photo stays attached.
Your custom forms
Readings, inspections, inventories: your own forms, with barcode scanning and voice dictation.
Used daily by our clients’ field teams. Nothing to install from an app store: the application updates for everyone at once.
Where quoting software falls short
Your invoice sends itself — and tells you where it’s at.
E-invoicing isn’t a checkbox: it’s a flow that must keep working when formats change, when platforms update their rules, when authorities add new fields. This is publisher work, not a feature.
With DoliPlus, transmission happens through connected dematerialisation platforms, e-reporting for purchases — including international ones — is operational on partner platforms: ready for the 1st September 2026 deadline. Your invoice sends itself, and its status updates directly on the invoice with a timestamped history.

The proof
Don’t take our word for it. Read the documentation.
Hundreds of public guides, freely accessible without an account or forms. The only honest way to verify what software actually does before signing. And if you’d rather watch than read : our video demos →
The essential journey
What you use daily fits in a handful of guides. The rest is there when you need it.
- 01 Create a job and its quote
- 02 Attach an email and its files
- 03 Track a job’s purchases
- 04 Invoice, follow up, collect payment
- 05 Issue an e-invoice
The complete library
Every screen, every option, every edge case. It’s your vault — not your daily manual.
Ask the docs
A French-language search across all documentation, returning the original guide.
If the documentation looks deep, that’s because it is. You don’t need to absorb this depth: hosting, configuration, training and support are our job. The documentation exists so you can verify — not so you become an administrator.

The deciding questions
What we’re asked before signing up.
Who fixes issues when they arise?
The person who answers your call is the one who fixes it. No call center, no reseller who needs to escalate the issue: we develop the software and we operate it. Support is included in your subscription — Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm and 2pm-6pm — with no prepaid hours required.
What about my ten years of history?
You won’t need to reimport anything yourself. We’ll migrate your database — table by table, with each field mapping carefully configured — along with your quotes, orders and invoices in spreadsheet format, plus their PDFs. We first check what your current system can export: if migration isn’t feasible, we’ll tell you before the quote, not after.
Where is my data stored?
On your own dedicated server — not in a shared database with other customers, separated by just a column. This lets us address your specific needs without waiting for everyone else’s next update. And your accounting entries can be exported anytime to your accountant’s software.
What’s it built on?
On a proven open-source core, maintained by a community for twenty years — and we’re transparent about it. Everything we add on top is publicly visible, screen by screen. The full answer in ten questions →
