2. Data processed
Account credentials, professional contact details, business data entered in the software, and technical connection data (logs, IP addresses) required for security and operation.
3. Google Calendar connection
If you connect your Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0, we request access to your calendar (auth/calendar) and your Google name/email. This access is used solely to synchronise your appointments between DoliPlus and Google Calendar (in both directions). Tokens are securely stored on your instance.
4. Limited use (Google API Services User Data Policy)
DoliPlus’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited use (Limited Use) requirements: data used only for calendar synchronisation that you enable; never sold; no advertising purposes; no transfer to third parties except for functionality requirements, legal obligations, or your consent; no human review unless explicit agreement, security, legal obligation, or anonymised data.

Data retained as long as the account is active; Google tokens retained until revoked.

7. Your rights (GDPR) and revocation
