A few days ago, we became aware of a security vulnerability affecting the Intel x86 processors in the servers we use, which also represent 80% of those in use worldwide.

Our security team has decided to carry out a major security update in collaboration with our data centre partners.

We will perform a security update on all affected hypervisors and will need to restart the running servers.

A maintenance window has been scheduled between 01/04/18, starting at 7 AM UTC, and 01/06/18, ending at 7 AM UTC.

During this maintenance, servers running on affected hypervisors will be unavailable for a few minutes during the restart phase.
