High-availability Dolibarr & DoliPlus servers

Our Dolibarr & DoliPlus servers are physically located at our European hosting partners’ facilities, boast high uptime rates, and each customer has their own dedicated space.

Today, remote server access is completely secure and ensures data confidentiality.

We use SSD drives, each DoliPlus session has its own IP address and SSL-secured connection.

Moreover, the servers storing your data are effectively protected against malicious attacks in highly secure data centres, within specialised rooms featuring climate control, redundant power supply, fire detection systems, restricted access and full security.

Daily backups

To safeguard against any unforeseen risks, your data is backed up daily with multi-site replication strategies (local and remote) to ensure its longevity.

 

Primary server and backup server operation

Every night, your session is backed up across multiple locations. Optionally, you can also have a copy of your file with your data (files and database) on a Linux server or Synology NAS.

Your data confidentiality

You benefit from security measures tailored to your company’s confidential data.

Only the functional administrator appointed by your company can export them or grant export rights to other users within your organisation.

No use is made of your data by our teams or any third party, and should you wish to terminate your subscription, your data is destroyed after you retrieve it.

User rights

DoliPlus features a granular rights management system allowing roles to be assigned to each individual (salesperson, accountant, manager, administrator, etc.).

A system also verifies who logs into the application.

Open source ensures the product’s security beyond potential bankruptcy or disappearance of developers or integrators.
