DoliPlus

About us

We develop the software and operate the servers that run it.

DoliPlus is published by Nuage-Web. We’re not a reseller installing someone else’s tool: we write the code, we maintain the servers, and we’re the ones answering your support tickets. One single point of contact for the software, hosting and support — that’s how we can say “it’s fixed” rather than “we’ve forwarded this to the publisher”.

What we actually do

Three roles that most providers split between three companies.

Publisher

  • DoliPlus is a set of modules built on Dolibarr, a proven open source core with over twenty years of history
  • We develop and maintain what the core doesn’t cover
  • Version upgrades are part of our service, not an extra chargeable task

Hosting provider

  • Dedicated server per customer, located in France
  • Daily backups with tested restoration procedures
  • Your data remains yours and leaves with you

Integrator

  • Setup, data migration and training
  • Custom development for your business needs, with ongoing maintenance
  • Day-to-day support via tracked tickets

How we prove our claims

We prefer verifiable facts over marketing stories.

You won’t find anonymous testimonials, client logos used without permission, or “market leader” claims on this site. Three things serve as proof, and you can verify them right now:

23 organisations use DoliPlus daily From trade to construction, after-sales to services. The key here is diversity: a method that adapts to such different industries isn’t sector-specific.
20 years of open source core behind the tool Dolibarr is used by thousands of businesses across Europe. The code is public: it won’t disappear with its publisher.
Open documentation, available before you even contact us Every software feature has its public manual. This is the actual user guide, not marketing material — and you can read it without booking a meeting.

The organisation count comes from our own fleet management system, not estimates.

Why we do this

An SME doesn’t waste time because it works poorly.

It wastes time because the information it’s already produced gets scattered: the quote in one folder, the email in an inbox, the attachment on a workstation, the supplier order in a spreadsheet. Each tool works fine in isolation; it’s the gaps between them that cost you.

Our job is to eliminate those gaps — not to add yet another tool. That’s also why we work with businesses that already have established ways of working: we’re not here to replace them, but to make sure the software remembers them.

Next steps

Judge for yourself.

The demo is open, documentation is public and prices are clearly stated. Three ways to form an opinion before talking to us.
