Bulk Customer/Supplier Import

Import allows bulk creation or update of customers or suppliers for direct marketing actions.
The import handles customers or suppliers and their associated contacts in a single operation.
If a contact’s first and last name is present on the same line, then the customer or supplier and their associated contact will be created or updated during processing.
The import supports:
• Processing large files via a background task,
• An email notifies you when the import is complete,
• A technical report is available in the document library of the import for verification.

Capture new contacts via your website

With the DoliPlus weblink module, capture new contacts via your website’s contact form.
Associate a specific mailbox with your website’s form, then upon receiving an email:
• The record is automatically created without any action from you,
• A message is created via a specific box on your homepage,
Complete the record and send them an email, with commercial documentation from the document library, a quote, etc.
