What DoliPlus creates automatically
As soon as an enquiry comes in, DoliPlus generates three elements at once:
- The customer/supplier (the company or person contacting you)
- The linked contact record
- A dated case file, logged in your calendar
This case file contains the entire form submission. Names, addresses, phone numbers and messages are all captured. You maintain a complete audit trail of the enquiry. Plus, the module copies this data directly into the relevant customer/supplier record fields. Zero manual entry required.
Everything configured from the admin console
Setup is straightforward. In the LinkWeb module’s admin console, you specify which mailbox receives enquiries. Then you map your form fields (name, email, phone etc.) to DoliPlus fields. Finally, enable automatic case file creation.
