The extranet portal in DoliPlus gives your customers secure web access to their information. They can view their documents and download their invoices independently.
What is the extranet portal?
The extranet portal module creates a new extranet access for your customers or suppliers. Summary dashboards display key information. They can also download their own invoices.

How to access it?
First, the module must be activated and configured. Then, the access URL changes: the usual https://ma_session.doliplus.com/htdocs/ becomes https://ma_session.doliplus.com/acces/ for the portal.
Additionally, a new “Extranet portal” tab appears in the customer or supplier record. It allows you to create access and send login details to the relevant contact. As with the native function, access is created from a customer or supplier contact.
Configuration
Setup takes just a few steps.
Permissions and rights
First, set permissions for both internal and external users.

Finally, activate the pages accessible through the portal for authorised users. In multi-company setups, remember to activate the module on the master entity. Also set the footer and other options.

Why offer an extranet portal?
Handling every document request takes up your team’s time. This customer space makes your customers or suppliers self-sufficient, 24/7.
You benefit in three ways:
- fewer requests: customers retrieve their own invoices;
- a modern image: you provide an online customer space;
- controlled access: you choose what each customer or supplier can see.
Finally, if your business requires additional features, our support team can study your specific needs. The portal also integrates with electronic signatures.
